📋 Custom Pressing Services & Policy
For customers bringing in their own blank garments. Bring Your Own Garment (BYOG)
Non-refundable Deposit required for all BYOG orders of 20%.
No orders will be started or completed before the deposit is paid. You may pay with cash, cash app, or credit card.
⚠️ Garment Pressing Policy
At Bantam & Stone, we take the utmost care of your items. However, because we cannot verify the exact material composition, manufacturing quality, or storage history of customer-provided garments, the following policies apply:
- Customer-Provided Prints: We strictly do not accept customer-provided DTF transfers, vinyl, or screen print prints. We supply our own high-quality transfers to guarantee temperature, pressure, and peel compatibility with our industrial equipment.
- Garment Risks: Pressing involves temperatures up to 320°F (160°C) and heavy structural pressure. Bantam & Stone is not responsible for any melting, scorching, color bleeding, or structural damage to customer-provided apparel during the heat-press process.

Spoilage Allowance: By submitting your own items, you accept a standard 5% spoilage allowance (potential misprints or alignment errors). We highly recommend providing 1–2 extra pieces for bulk orders.
Bring Your Own Blank Disclaimer
- Garments must be clean and unworn.
- We do not press Polyester, nylon, and specialty fabrics.
- Customer assumes risk for scorching, shrinkage, or manufacturing defects.
- No warranty on customer-supplied garments.
- Reprints cover transfer defects only, not garment replacement.
- Garment Condition: All items must be brand new, unwashed, and completely free of pet hair, strong odors, or fabric softeners, which can interfere with design adhesion.
- Garment Material: All items must be 100% Cotton or Poly-blend. Gildan G300 or G640 are great options for our DTF Prints.

- Design Consistency: Bulk tiers apply to orders of 12 or more garments using the exact same design print and ink colors.
- Mix & Match Flexibility: You can freely mix and match garment sizes, shirt colors, or fabric blends (100% Cotton or Poly-Blends) to reach your tier minimums!
- Base Pricing: All prices listed above apply to standard short-sleeve crewneck t-shirts. Additional fees apply for second-side printing (back prints) or sleeve prints.
